How I got started in Forex Blogging
It was October 2008 and I was laid off of my job in construction. I was used to being laid off in the winter and it was normal for me because construction slows down in the winter. I started trading that month. I lost money and started blogging about my trading. My construction job never came back due to the poor economy so I kept on blogging.
At the same time I read an article titled how to make 1000.00 a month from your website. After reading that article I decided I would take Forex Trading and turn it into a website that would attempt to help traders and create income for myself at the same time. The key was that I read the article and I followed the instructions. Part of the problem with people today is they don't read and they don't follow instructions.
On January 1, 2009 Winners Edge Trading was launched with the intent to educate traders during the quest to be a professional trader. That has been 16 months now and the site has grown to reach over 175,000 forex traders and we are reaching out to more traders.
We now have several writers, a trading service, trading videos, and much more to come. During this quest to become a professional trader I have met several key people that have helped to teach me better trading. As a result of these relationships along with hard work, I have learned to trade profitably and we are helping others do the same.
Keep at it and you can be a great trader also.
